क्यानडाको सरकारले २२ जना नेपालीलाई कालोसूचीमा राख्यो (नामसहित)
क्यानडाको सरकारले २२ जना नेपालीको नाम कालो सूचीमा राखेको छ । उसले ति नेपालीको नामनै सार्वजनिक गरिदिएको हो । एन आर एन क्यानडा सामाजिक, परोपकारी संस्थाका रुपमा दर्ता गरेर क्यानडाको कानुन बिरुद्द गएकाले कालो सूची निकालेको हो । संस्था दर्ता गरेको तर प्रचलित कानुन अनुसार वार्षिक हिसाबकिताब नदेखाएको, संस्थाको रकम धेरै उल्लेख गरेको तर त्यस अनुसार कर सार्वजनिक नगरेको, नदेखाएको भन्दै एन आर एन क्यानडालाई क्यानडा सरकारले निलम्बन गरेको हो । सरकारले निलम्बन गरेकाले एन आर एन क्यानडाका २२ जना नेपालीको नामपनि ति सँगै सूचीमा परेका हुन् । यसरि वार्षिक हिसाब सार्वजनिक नगरेमा उक्त संस्थालाई खारेजनै गरिदिने र कानुनी प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाउनेपनि क्यानडा सरकारले सार्वजनिक गरेको सूचनामा उल्लेख छ ।

संघ संस्था नियमन गर्ने निकाय इन्डस्ट्री क्यानडाले एनआरएन क्यानडालाइ २०१६ फेब्रुवरी देखि अप्रिल १८ तारिख सम्म आफ्नो बार्षिक विवरण बुझाउन भनेको थियो। तर संघका पदाधिकारीको लापरबाहीका कारण समयमै प्रतिबेदन बुझाउन नसक्दा संस्थानै खारेज हुने स्थिति आएको हो।
संघको यस अघिको कार्यकालमा आर्थिक संकलन र अतिरिक्त क्रियाकलाप धेरै नै सम्पन्न भएका थिए जसको लेखाजोखा यकिन गर्न नसक्दा बर्तमान समिति जिम्मेवारहिन देखिएको हो । यसले प्रवाशका नेपालीको इज्जत र प्रतिष्थामापनि आघात पार्ने संभावन छ । उसोत संघको अधिबेशनताका आर्थिक प्रतिबेदन पारित नभए पछि छानबिन गर्न लेखा बिज्ञ सहितको एउटा टोलि गठन नै गरिएको थियो।
कुन सालसम्मको लेखा परिक्षण सहितको प्रतिबेदन बुझाउनु पर्ने हो त्यो नखुलाए पनि अझै पनि जरिवाना सहित यथाशिघ्र संघको आर्थिक र प्रगति विवरण बुझाएमा संघ बिघटन बाट जोगिन सक्ने क्यानेडियन नियमन निकायले जनाएको छ।
क्यानेडियन नियमन निकाय ले एन आर एनका अध्यक्ष तुलसी प्रसाद सापकोटालाइ लेखेको पत्र जस्ताको तस्तै :
